Cheezy Dibble Studio built the Dry Night Tracker app with a strong commitment to your privacy. This app does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers.

Data Usage and Storage

Dry Night Tracker processes all user data locally on your device or in your private iCloud account (if iCloud sync is enabled). We do not transmit or store personal information on external servers.

The app stores the following data locally on your device:

• Daily sleep log entries (dry/accident status, bedtime, habits)
• ICCS bladder diary data (if ICCS Mode is enabled), including voided volume, fluid intake, and daytime void counts
• Child’s name and age (optional, used only for report generation)
• App settings and preferences
• Notification preferences

Health Data (HealthKit)

Dry Night Tracker may access health-related data through Apple’s HealthKit framework with your explicit permission. HealthKit data is used solely to provide core app functionality and is processed locally on your device.

HealthKit data is never collected, stored on external servers, shared with third parties, or used for advertising, analytics, or tracking.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit framework. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple, is only accessible by you through your Apple ID, and is not accessible to Cheezy Dibble Studio.

You can disable iCloud sync at any time through your device’s Settings app.

Biometric Authentication

If you enable Face ID, Touch ID, or Optic ID for app lock, the app uses Apple’s Local Authentication framework. Your biometric data never leaves your device, is never accessed or stored by the app, and is processed entirely by Apple’s Secure Enclave.

Export Features

The app allows you to export your data as CSV or PDF files. Exported files are created locally on your device and are only shared when you explicitly choose to share them. They are not transmitted to external servers.

Third-Party Services

The app does not use third-party analytics, advertising or ad networks, tracking technologies, external SDKs that transmit data, or external APIs or services.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, the app uses Apple’s local notification system. Notification content is generated and stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.

Children’s Privacy

Dry Night Tracker is intended for parents or guardians to track information about their children. No child data is collected by us. All information remains on your device or in your private iCloud account.

The app does not include advertising, analytics, or any form of tracking.

Data Retention and Deletion

All data remains on your device until you choose to delete it. You can delete individual entries or all stored data at any time through the app.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated in the future, changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
